• Concentration risk — Investing in a single issuer, asset class, or geography increases exposure to sector-specific events.

Issuer & asset-specific risks

• Credit & default — Bond and debt-like instruments carry issuer default risk. Real-estate and equity-linked tokens depend on underlying asset performance and tenant or market conditions.
• Valuation uncertainty — Token prices may not reflect fair value; appraisals and NAV calculations can lag or rely on estimates.
• Issuer failure — If an issuer becomes insolvent or fails to meet obligations, token holders may have limited recovery.
• Offering documents — Each project publishes specific risk factors. You must read and understand those documents before subscribing.

Technology & blockchain risks

• Smart-contract risk — Despite audits, vulnerabilities may exist. Exploits could affect token balances or sale mechanics.
• Network risk — Blockchain congestion, forks, or protocol changes may delay transactions or affect settlement.
• Wallet & key management — Loss of private keys or seed phrases is irreversible. Gennii never requests your keys.
• Irreversibility — On-chain transactions generally cannot be reversed once confirmed.

Regulatory & eligibility risks

• Jurisdictional restrictions — Offerings may not be available in your country. Eligibility is verified server-side; circumvention attempts may result in account suspension.
• Regulatory change — Laws governing tokenized securities are evolving. Future rules may affect your ability to hold, transfer, or redeem tokens.
• Accreditation requirements — Some offerings are limited to accredited or qualified investors. Misrepresentation of status is prohibited and may have legal consequences.

Platform risks

• Operational risk — Service outages, maintenance, or third-party provider failures may temporarily affect access or settlement.
• Custody risk — Funds held in escrow or custody are subject to the policies and solvency of custody partners.
• No deposit insurance — Token holdings and crypto stablecoins used for subscription are generally not covered by bank deposit insurance schemes.
